Getting started is easier than you might think.
The intake process starts with you making an initial phone call and providing us with general information. Personal Information collected is considered confidential and will be treated in that manner. The intake process usually takes about ten minutes.
In the confidential telephone conversation, some of the questions asked will be for your name, address, telephone number, date of birth and insurance information such as insurance company name and policy number. A brief description for the reason you are seeking services will need to be given in order to best match your needs with the appropriate therapist.
Once this information is collected, an initial appointment with the therapist can be scheduled. Some appointments can be scheduled during the initial telephone call, and other appointments will require us to call you back with an appointment time due to several therapists who manage their own schedules.
