Fran received her Master’s degree in counseling psychology from the University of Louisville. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in the state of North Carolina. She currently provides individual and family therapy for children and adolescents, and completes parenting assessments for local social service agencies. Fran’s specialty areas include treating young children with issues related to foster care and adoption. She treats children with behavioral and mood problems, as well as children who had been victims of abuse or neglect. Fran has completed training program in Adoption Competent Mental Health Practices.
