Audra holds a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in North Carolina and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate (LCAS-A). Audra has experience in working with adolescent and adult individuals experiencing anxiety, panic, depression, ADHD, OCD, personality, autism spectrum and adjustment disorders. She provides practical skills coaching as well as helping individuals and families gain insight into patterns that may be hindering their effectiveness. She believes all people have strengths and is committed to paying attention to the whole person, working collaboratively to overcome deficits and challenges.
