Caroline Malatesta Horn joined Crossroads Counseling Center in 2024, bringing nearly a decade of experience in mental health and social services across educational, legal, residential, crisis, and clinical settings. She works with both children and adults and specializes in trauma-informed and attachment-based care. She has extensive experience supporting individuals with complex trauma and co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. Caroline earned her Master of Social Work from New York University’s Silver School of Social Work and holds multiple advanced credentials, including LCSWA, LCAS-A, CCTS-F, and EMDR training.
