Frances Ballengee is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 25 years of experience working in the mental health field. She has been a part of Crossroads Counseling Center since 2005 and specializes in working with children from birth to age 10, along with their families. She focuses on trauma, loss adoption, divorce, and developmental challenges that affect mood and behavior, using playful and developmentally appropriate approaches that help children build emotional and behavioral skills. Frances holds a master’s degree in education from the University of Louisville and brings compassion, experience, and family-centered care to her work.
